These Terms are a contract between you and LennyCalisthenics LLC, doing business as Lenny Calisthenics and Project Move, 1 Franklin Street, Coxsackie, New York, USA ("we", "us"). By using lennycalisthenics.com, buying a program, or joining the member community, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the programs.
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Programs are sold to individuals for personal, non-commercial use.
The 21 Day Mobility Challenge is a self-paced digital program: pre-recorded follow-along videos organised in 3 phases and 54 modules, delivered through our online member area, plus access to the member community. The Sciatica Pain Relief Program is a separate digital follow-along routine. Prices shown at checkout are in U.S. dollars, one-time, and include any applicable tax we are required to collect. Promotional prices (early-bird and founder pricing) apply only to purchases completed before the stated deadline.
Access begins immediately after payment is confirmed. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we offer the program on our platform, and in any case for at least 12 months from purchase. If we retire the program sooner, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to download or keep the content. Access is personal: do not share your login, and do not download, copy, record, resell or redistribute the videos or materials.
The first 100 completed enrollments receive the founder perks listed on the sales page at the time of purchase: founder badge and number, a live founders' kickoff call (Nov 1, 2026, 4pm ET, recording provided if you miss it), one mobility video audit submitted through the founders' community space and reviewed asynchronously within 14 days, and 20% off one Project Move 6-month 1-on-1 coaching enrollment. Perks are personal, non-transferable and have no cash value. We decide founder status by the order in which payments are confirmed.

The programs are general fitness and mobility information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no coach–client or provider–patient relationship is created. Consult a physician before starting if you have pain, an injury, are pregnant, or have any medical condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and in a safe space. You use the programs at your own risk and, to the fullest extent New York law allows, you release us from claims for injury arising from your participation.
Mobility and pain outcomes vary with your body, history, consistency and effort. Testimonials are the experiences of individual clients and are not a promise of your results.
Be respectful; no harassment, hate, spam, medical claims, or promotion of other businesses. Do not post other people's personal information. We may remove content and suspend or remove members who break these rules, without refund. You keep ownership of what you post and give us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the community and, for contest winners, as described in the Contest Rules.

All videos, text, images, program structure and the Lenny Calisthenics and Project Move names are ours or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own training.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You confirm the card is yours. If you dispute a charge for a program you accessed, we may suspend access while the dispute is open.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We may update these Terms by posting the new version with a new date; continued use after that is acceptance. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
New York law governs these Terms. Contact us first at [email protected]; most issues are solved that way. Otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, New York, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep any mandatory protections of your home country.
