Begins October 12, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends November 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Activity outside this window does not count.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Employees, contractors and immediate family of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Paid route: enroll in the 21 Day Mobility Challenge at lennycalisthenics.com/mobility-challenge by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. You are entered automatically.
Free route (no purchase): submit the free entry form at lennycalisthenics.com/free-entry with your name and email address by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. You will receive an email with free access to the challenge community for the contest period, where you can post check-ins, comment and appear on the leaderboard exactly like paid members. Free access covers the community and contest only, not the program videos. One free entry per person; duplicate entries are void.
Free and paid entrants are scored and judged on identical terms and have the same chance of winning.
Activity in the private challenge community is scored by the community leaderboard. Points are earned for:
At the close of the contest period, the top twenty-five (25) members on the leaderboard become finalists. From the finalists, Sponsor selects one (1) grand-prize winner and ten (10) partial-scholarship winners based on: (a) consistency, number of days with a check-in; (b) quality and sincerity of posts; and (c) contribution to other members. Leaderboard rank is used to determine finalists only; it does not by itself determine the winners. Spam, duplicate posts, and low-effort comments made to inflate a score will be excluded and may result in disqualification.
Grand prize (1 winner): a full scholarship to Project Move | Personalized 1-on-1 Fitness & Mobility Coaching, the complete six (6) month program at no cost. Approximate retail value (ARV): $3,000.
Partial scholarships (10 winners): 50% off the six (6) month Project Move coaching program, the equivalent of three months free. Partial-scholarship winners enroll in the full six-month program and pay half the standard price ($1,500). ARV of each partial scholarship: $1,500.
Total ARV of all prizes: $18,000. Prizes are delivered online, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor if a prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes; a winner whose prize is valued at $600 or more will be asked for a Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099.
Winners will be announced in the challenge community and notified by email on or about November 28, 2026, and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate from the remaining finalists.
Information you give to enter is used to run the contest and contact winners, as described in our Privacy Policy.
By participating, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the contest. Sponsor may use winners' first names and last initials, and their community posts, in announcing the result. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, YouTube, Meta or Google.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, New York.
