(a) Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, billing address, and anything you type into a form, a check-in, a community post, or a video you submit for a founder audit. (b) Payment information: your card details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits, and the card type. (c) Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy. (d) Community activity: posts, comments, reactions and check-ins inside the member community, and the leaderboard built from them.
To deliver the program you bought and give you access to the member area; to process payment and send receipts; to run the member community and the Project Move Coaching Contest; to answer your messages; to send marketing email or text messages only if you opted in, which you can stop at any time; to measure how the site is used and improve it; to prevent fraud and enforce our Terms; and to meet legal obligations. Our legal bases under the GDPR, where it applies, are performance of a contract, your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (site security, analytics, improving the program) and legal compliance.
We share personal information only with providers who help us run the business and who may use it only for that purpose: GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (website, forms, email, SMS, member community), Stripe and Commas (payments), our video host, and the analytics and advertising tools listed in our Cookie Policy (only with your consent where the law requires it). We also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or if the business is sold. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, except through advertising cookies you accept.

Account and purchase records: as long as you have access to a program, then up to 7 years for tax and accounting. Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we do not contact you again. Community posts: until you delete them or ask us to. Analytics: as set by the provider, typically 2 to 26 months.
You can ask us to show you, correct, delete, or give you a copy of your personal information, to limit how we use it, to opt out of marketing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws have the same rights, plus the right not to be discriminated against for using them. Residents of the EEA, UK and Switzerland may also object to processing and complain to their data protection authority. Email [email protected] with "privacy request" in the subject; we answer within 30 days (45 days where the law allows) and may ask you to confirm your identity.
We are in the United States, and our providers process data here. If you are outside the U.S., your information is transferred to the U.S.; for EEA/UK data we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses or Data Privacy Framework certification.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable hosted providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as the law requires.
The site and programs are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
We will post changes here with a new date; material changes are also announced by email or in the member community.
