Refund Policy

All sales are final

The 21 Day Mobility Challenge, the Sciatica Pain Relief Program and any other digital program sold on this site give you immediate access to downloadable or streamable content. Because the content cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges once your purchase is complete, including if you do not finish the program, change your mind, or buy by mistake. Please read the sales page and the Terms before you buy.

What we will do

If you cannot access your program, email [email protected] and we will fix access within 2 business days. If we cannot deliver the program at all, we will refund you in full.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice for the same program, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, tell us within 30 days and we will refund the difference.

EU, UK and other consumers with a legal right of withdrawal

If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK), the all-sales-final rule above does not take that right away. Email us within 14 days of purchase to use it, and we will refund you in full.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we respond to every message. Filing a chargeback for a program you have accessed may lead to loss of access.
