I started working out when I was 16 years old. I discovered the sport of calisthenics online and I immediately fell in love. I began researching as much as I could about fitness, working out, functional strength training, and I became a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer when I was 18.
I've dedicated my life to helping people improve their health and fitness naturally through functional strength training, mobility training, & nutrition coaching.

My fitness journey wasn't always smooth sailing. When I was 20 years old I injured my wrists and elbows and sustained a soft tissue injury to my ligaments. I visited a surgeon who offered to operate on my wrist and stitch it back together. I didn't love the idea of doing an invasive surgery so I searched for other options. I got in contact with a holistic blood doctor who ran my blood work and discovered that I have HLA B27.
HLA B27 is a genetic auto immune condition that is associated with ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, and psoriatic arthritis. I was suffering with joint pain for over a year and I thought I might never be able to train again. I was committed to healing my body naturally and avoiding getting surgery. through a holistic, whole foods diet, intentional rehab, prehab, and mobility drills, I was able to make a full recovery and heal my body naturally.
This injury and this diagnosis has shaped the way I look at health and fitness. I take a holistic, lifestyle based approach with all my clients to ensure they can live a healthy, strong, and pain free life. With the right lifestyle, the body can heal naturally. You can heal chronic pain, and chronic inflammation, and achieve a body that you're proud of.
